A wedding cake for my friend who first met her husband at Yosemite. The base layer is a 12"x12" Chiffon cake with purple yam filling. The half dome is shaped from a stack of 6" chiffon cakes. The frosting is Swiss Meringue Buttercream, the bridge and rocks are made with fondant.
