Ingredients:
Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets - 1 pack (include 2 sheets)Ground beef - 0.25lb
Yellow onion - 1/4
Curry powder
Salt
Egg wash - 1 egg yolk + 1 TBSP water
Makes 18 curry turnover.

Steps:
1. In a frying pan, add oil and chopped onion, fry until onion is browned. Then add grounded beef, curry powder and salt. Fully cook the meat.
2. Cut the pastry sheet to squares - 9 per sheet.
3. Put curry beef in the center of square and fold it across to form a triangle. Pinch along the sides to make sure the filling does not leak out.
4. Place triangles on cookie sheet. Glaze with egg wash.
5. Bake in oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.
Curry turnover is better served warm.
