Madeleine Tower

I made this for an event.
1. Use Styrofoam to make a cone - I used hot glue gun to glue some foam blocks together, and then use box cutter to trim it in shape. It does not have to be perfect since it will be covered by fondant and cookies.
2. Cover the cone with rolled marshmallow fondant like drapery.
3. Bake about 5 dozens Madeleines. (I over-baked the Madeleines a little this time so the color is darker than I would like to have.) Dust the madeleines with powdered sugar, and use toothpicks to secure them to the tower.
5. Sift some powdered sugar over the tower for decorating.
